We were extremely happy with the service we received from Ideal Removals, we were packed up with the first load within an hour. Unfortunately we had to wait around further 4 hours to actually move to the new address. The guys who did the move were so nice, understanding and so polite about it. Used Ideal Removals for our house move in November. The guys arrived on time, in uniform and offered to wear PPE (we weren’t going to be in the house so there was no need).
